 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 
 Reporting directly to the Global CFO, you will be responsible for hands-on execution and strategic financial leadership.
 
 
 Your key responsibilities will include:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business growth plans that support rapid international growth and operational finance skills with a track record of driving profitability
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure effective cooperation with all departments, the CFO of the international headquarters, and relevant capital group stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Overseeing all financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting, and compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting decision-making with financial insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing and analyzing P&amp;L, cash flow, and financial models
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain credibility with external stakeholders while safeguarding the company&rsquo;s culture and long-term mission
 </li>
 <li>
 Deploy modern financial systems and dashboards that deliver real-time insights, enabling faster and better decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with international accounting and regulatory standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years of relevant finance experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a senior commercial finance role in a mid-size multinational organization is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controlling, operational finance, and overall understanding of general accounting
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong credibility and gravitas when engaging with investors, board members, and global stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record of leading finance functions across multi-country operations with complex regulatory and reporting requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in audit/consulting
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with P&amp;L management, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and IFRS reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Startup or scale-up experience and comfort with smaller, agile teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced English communication skills; fluency in engaging directly with international investors and partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Open to work on-site
 </li>
