Head of Finance

We are supporting a fast-scaling, tech-driven client in the media and creator economy space, on their search for a Head of Finance to join their global team. This is a high-impact role within an entrepreneurial and growth-focused environment where execution, quality, and ownership are key.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting directly to the Global CFO, you will be responsible for hands-on execution and strategic financial leadership.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business growth plans that support rapid international growth and operational finance skills with a track record of driving profitability
• Ensure effective cooperation with all departments, the CFO of the international headquarters, and relevant capital group stakeholders.
• Overseeing all financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting, and compliance
• Managing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting decision-making with financial insights
• Preparing and analyzing P&L, cash flow, and financial models
• Build and maintain credibility with external stakeholders while safeguarding the company’s culture and long-term mission
• Deploy modern financial systems and dashboards that deliver real-time insights, enabling faster and better decision-making
• Ensure compliance with international accounting and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of relevant finance experience
• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a senior commercial finance role in a mid-size multinational organization is a plus
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controlling, operational finance, and overall understanding of general accounting
• Strong credibility and gravitas when engaging with investors, board members, and global stakeholders
• Track record of leading finance functions across multi-country operations with complex regulatory and reporting requirements
• Background in audit/consulting
• Experience with P&L management, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and IFRS reporting
• Startup or scale-up experience and comfort with smaller, agile teams
• Advanced English communication skills; fluency in engaging directly with international investors and partners
• Open to work on-site
