Job Title: Sales Executive &ndash; IT Solutions &amp; ServicesCompany: Talents Software Tech Solutions WLL &ndash; Doha, QatarPosition Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 3&ndash;4 years of experience in selling IT solutions and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory for this position.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT solutions and services across various industry sectors.</li><li>Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and revenue.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.</li><li>Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in CRM systems.</li><li>Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of proven experience in sales of IT solutions and/or services (software, cloud, IT infrastructure, managed services, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of the Qatar IT market and enterprise customer needs.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and attractive commission structure.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.</li><li>Supportive work environment within a growing IT solutions company.</li></ul>Location:Doha, QatarHow to Apply:Interested candidates may send their updated CV to info@talentssolutions.com with the subject line &ldquo;Sales Executive &ndash; IT Solutions &amp; Services&rdquo;.Job Type: Full-time
