Job Title: Sales Executive – IT Solutions & Services

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 3–4 years of experience in selling IT solutions and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT solutions and services across various industry sectors.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and revenue.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in CRM systems.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in sales of IT solutions and/or services (software, cloud, IT infrastructure, managed services, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the Qatar IT market and enterprise customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
