Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven sales background, and an understanding of the facility management industry in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the facility management sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure successful service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in facility management or related industries.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
