HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

As the first point of contact with patients, candidates must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi task. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for front office reception, appointment scheduling, follow-up, data entry, billing, copying or scanning and supply monitoring and fulfillment.</div><div><b><br>

WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL NEED TO APPLY:

Required Education:</b></div><div>
Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred: Some post high school coursework, i.e.: customer service, business.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Experience:
</b></div><p>Minimum: 1 year of job-related experience; previous experience demonstrating direct customer service. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred: 2+ years of job-related experience; previous experience demonstrating direct customer service.</p><p></p><p><br>

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Your Role:</b></div><ul><li>
Reports directly to a physician.
</li><li>Increases efficiency effectively by minimizing the physician&rsquo;s clerical functions while maximizing the physician&rsquo;s clinical role, thus improving patient flow and satisfaction.
</li><li>Assists with clerical activities inherent to physicians practicing in a direct care capacity.
</li><li>All scribal activities are under a physician&rsquo;s direct oversight and control.</li></ul><div><b>
