This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, hospitality, and sales while working in a dynamic environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales</li><li>Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation</li><li>Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering duties with precision and integrity</li><li>Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas</li><li>Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and optimize guest flow</li><li>Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus</li><li>Experience in guest services, host/hostess roles, or food handling enhances your ability to excel in this position</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours</li><li>Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling</li><li>Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes</li><li>Excellent communication skills to build rapport with guests and team members</li></ul>Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your serving skills, and ready to create outstanding experiences for every guest!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $14.00 per hourExpected hours: 35 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
