Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering duties with precision and integrity
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and optimize guest flow
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Experience in guest services, host/hostess roles, or food handling enhances your ability to excel in this position
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling
• Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with guests and team members
