<b>Responsibilities:</b></div><br>
<ul><li>
Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDC/Internet Sales Consultants across multiple Tameron locations.</li><li>
Drive performance metrics including appointment set, show, and sold ratios.</li><li>
Monitor and manage all incoming phone calls, internet leads, and chat inquiries through the CRM platform.</li><li>
Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with customers via phone, email, and text.</li><li>
Train and mentor team members on best practices, scripts, and objection handling.</li><li>
Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure seamless handoff and appointment success.</li><li>
Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and hold team accountable to performance goals.</li><li>
Improve processes to increase lead conversion, response time, and overall customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Maintain a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results and growth.</li></ul><div><b><br>
Qualifications/Requirements:</b></div><br>
<ul><li>
Previous BDC, call center, or automotive sales management experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.</li><li>
High energy, competitiveness, and results-driven mindset.</li><li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>
Experience working with CRM tools (DriveCentric, CDK, etc.) preferred.</li><li>
Must be authorized to work in the United States.</li><li>
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.</li></ul><p><b><br>
