Dealership Janitor / CustodianLocation: Tamiami Auto Group &ndash; Naples, FL Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: Tamiami Hyundai is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor / Custodian (OR TWO!) to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our dealership facilities. This position plays an essential role in ensuring a safe, clean, and professional environment for both our customers and employees.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness of all dealership areas including showrooms, offices, restrooms, customer lounges, and employee break rooms.</li><li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces daily.</li><li>Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility.</li><li>Clean glass surfaces, windows, and entry doors.</li><li>Refill restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.</li><li>Perform light maintenance tasks as required (changing light bulbs, reporting repairs, etc.).</li><li>Maintain exterior cleanliness around entryways and walkways.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience preferred (dealership or commercial setting a plus).</li><li>Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the day.</li><li>Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay</li><li>Full-time, stable position</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance options</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Friendly and professional work environment</li></ul>Apply Today!
