Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Medical Assistant &ndash; High-Acuity Home CareWe are seeking an experienced, compassionate CNA or Medical Assistant for a high medical needs, one-on-one home care position. This role is ideal for someone who is clinically competent, emotionally steady, and skilled in working with patients who have communication impairments.This is not a routine care position. It requires patience, intuition, and the ability to remain calm and responsive in complex situations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide hands-on care for a medically complex individual</li><li>Support daily living activities with attention to dignity and comfort</li><li>Assist with medical needs (experience with diabetes management, ostomy care, or similar is strongly preferred)</li><li>Communicate effectively with a patient who has difficulty expressing needs</li><li>Monitor for subtle changes in condition and respond appropriately</li><li>Collaborate with family and care team with professionalism</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant certification</li><li>Proven experience with high-acuity or medically fragile patients</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with nonverbal or communication-impaired individuals</li><li>Strong emotional regulation and patience under stress</li><li>Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented</li></ul>What We Value Most:<ul><li>Calm presence in difficult moments</li><li>Respectful, patient-centered care</li><li>Strong observational skills</li><li>Consistency and dependability</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>One-on-one care in a home setting</li><li>Shifts include a mix of 7&ndash;3 and 3&ndash;11 (some days 7&ndash;3 and some days 3&ndash;11)</li><li>Competitive pay</li></ul>If you are the kind of caregiver who understands that care is more than tasks&mdash;it is connection, presence, and skill, we want to hear from you.When Applying: Please respond with your experience in high-acuity care and examples of working with patients who have communication challenges.Pay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>On-the-job training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
