BACK OFFICE MANAGERKey ResponsibilitiesThe Back Office Manager will be the central administrative pivot, ensuring smooth coordination from sales completion through boat delivery and ongoing service:<ul><li>Order &amp; Logistics Management: Take the lead in the follow-up of orders and the delivery of the boats. This includes liaising with shipyards, coordinating complex international transport, managing import/export documentation, and ensuring all deadlines are strictly adhered to.</li><li>After-Sales Service Coordination: Follow up on the after-sales service process. This involves tracking warranty claims, coordinating technical appointments, managing spare parts logistics, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction post-delivery.</li><li>Financial &amp; Accounting Oversight: Manage the accountant by overseeing daily financial operations, verifying invoicing, tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and preparing necessary financial reports for management.</li><li>Administrative &amp; Document Control: Oversee all back-office administrative tasks, ensuring meticulous organization of sales contracts, client files, official vessel registration papers, and regulatory documentation.</li><li>Process Improvement: Develop and implement highly efficient administrative procedures to support high-volume sales and complex logistics.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: Must hold a Dipl&ocirc;me des Grandes &Eacute;coles (or an equivalent Master's degree from a top-tier international business or engineering school).</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven, hands-on experience as a Back Office Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar high-level administrative role, preferably within the marine, luxury goods, or automotive sectors.</li><li>Language Fluency: Must be fluent in both French and English (written and verbal).</li><li>Additional Languages (A Plus): Proficiency in Italian and/or Arabic is a strong advantage, given our international clientele and partners.</li><li>Core Competencies:</li><li>Super Organized: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to structure complex information and processes.</li><li>Autonomous &amp; Dedicated: Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating high work dedication, responsibility, and self-motivation.</li><li>Pressure Management: Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a demanding luxury environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Work Flexibility: Opportunity to work remote with scheduled travel or office time as required.</li><li>Impactful Role: The chance to be a key driver of operational success in the luxury marine industry.</li><li>Compensation: Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and educational background.</li><li>Environment: A highly dedicated and professional international team.</li></ul>If you possess the required elite educational background and the operational rigor to manage the complexities of luxury boat logistics, apply today!Job Type: Full-timePay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>back office management: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>French (Required)</li><li>english (Required)</li><li>italian (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>diplome des Grandes Ecoles (Required)</li></ul>
