BACK OFFICE MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
The Back Office Manager will be the central administrative pivot, ensuring smooth coordination from sales completion through boat delivery and ongoing service:
- Order & Logistics Management: Take the lead in the follow-up of orders and the delivery of the boats. This includes liaising with shipyards, coordinating complex international transport, managing import/export documentation, and ensuring all deadlines are strictly adhered to.
- After-Sales Service Coordination: Follow up on the after-sales service process. This involves tracking warranty claims, coordinating technical appointments, managing spare parts logistics, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction post-delivery.
- Financial & Accounting Oversight: Manage the accountant by overseeing daily financial operations, verifying invoicing, tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and preparing necessary financial reports for management.
- Administrative & Document Control: Oversee all back-office administrative tasks, ensuring meticulous organization of sales contracts, client files, official vessel registration papers, and regulatory documentation.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement highly efficient administrative procedures to support high-volume sales and complex logistics.
Requirements
- Education: Must hold a Diplôme des Grandes Écoles (or an equivalent Master's degree from a top-tier international business or engineering school).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven, hands-on experience as a Back Office Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar high-level administrative role, preferably within the marine, luxury goods, or automotive sectors.
- Language Fluency: Must be fluent in both French and English (written and verbal).
- Additional Languages (A Plus): Proficiency in Italian and/or Arabic is a strong advantage, given our international clientele and partners.
