Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Dubai at Beverly Hills Wellness and Aesthetics Clinic. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, managing staff, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. They will also be involved in budgeting, scheduling, and implementing policies and overseeing marketing, revenue, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations management, staff supervision, and quality control
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and policy implementation
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a wellness or aesthetics clinic is a must
