HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager with proven experience in the UAE construction sector. The ideal candidate will lead HR operations, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and drive strategic HR initiatives. Proficiency in Oracle HRMS or Oracle Fusion is essential for managing HR data and processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and succession planning.
  • Drive organizational change and culture development initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Oversee recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely manpower deployment.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and probation evaluations.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of visa, labor card, and immigration procedures.

Performance & Development

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
  • Support career pathing and internal mobility.

HR Operations & Systems

  • Manage HR data using Oracle HRMS / Oracle Fusion.
  • Generate reports and analytics for management decision-making.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and HR documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in the UAE construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS / Oracle Fusion.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
