You&rsquo;ll manage timelines, project workflows, reporting and quality of work ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with objectives. This role may also require participation in client-facing meetings.The position requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and data analysis skills - plus a proven track record managing high volume SEO accounts.Starting Salary: 70K - 80K (negotiable based on experience)Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client business objectives</li><li>QA and cross reference SEO initiatives, including keyword research, technical optimization, content strategy, and link acquisition to ensure accuracy and alignment.</li><li>Optimize workflows for collaboration and productivity</li><li>Assign and monitor tasks to SEO team members</li><li>Monitoring project progress and clearing roadblocks</li><li>Monitor and analyze KPIs, providing actionable data-driven insights to improve or guide strategy.</li><li>Provide final sign-off on deliverables prior to client delivery</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2-3 years of professional SEO experience</li><li>1+ year working with high-volume or multi location accounts</li><li>Proven success managing or executing SEO deliverables within an agency environment.</li><li>Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, AHREFS and Search Console.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software (Asana, ClickUp, or similar).</li><li>Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent leadership and client communication abilities.</li><li>Adaptability and solution orientated mentality</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.</li><li>Experience in creative design - execution or management</li><li>Experience in website UX/UI optimization or conversion optimization</li><li>Knowledge of PPC processes and practices</li><li>Familiarity with machine learning, AI best practices, and AI/AEO optimization</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>SEO: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
