SEO Project Manager

Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Project Manager to lead internal operations for enterprise-level accounts.

In this role, you’ll oversee the operations, deliverables, and execution of our SEO strategy designed to meet enterprise level client goals. You’ll manage timelines, project workflows, reporting and quality of work ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with objectives. This role may also require participation in client-facing meetings.

The position requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and data analysis skills - plus a proven track record managing high volume SEO accounts.

Starting Salary: 70K - 80K (negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client business objectives
• QA and cross reference SEO initiatives, including keyword research, technical optimization, content strategy, and link acquisition to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Optimize workflows for collaboration and productivity
• Assign and monitor tasks to SEO team members
• Monitoring project progress and clearing roadblocks
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, providing actionable data-driven insights to improve or guide strategy.
• Provide final sign-off on deliverables prior to client delivery

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional SEO experience
• 1+ year working with high-volume or multi location accounts
• Proven success managing or executing SEO deliverables within an agency environment.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, AHREFS and Search Console.
• Proficiency in project management software (Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and client communication abilities.
• Adaptability and solution orientated mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in creative design - execution or management
• Experience in website UX/UI optimization or conversion optimization
• Knowledge of PPC processes and practices
• Familiarity with machine learning, AI best practices, and AI/AEO optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
