We focus on structured learning and measurable academic improvement.We are looking for a result-oriented Admissions &amp; Marketing Executive who can actively drive student enrollments and expand our local presence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Achieve a minimum target of 10 student enrollments per month</li><li>Generate and convert leads through calls, follow-ups, and counseling</li><li>Conduct school visits and local outreach campaigns</li><li>Distribute pamphlets and manage offline promotions</li><li>Handle WhatsApp inquiries and walk-in parents</li><li>Organize small seminars or admission drives</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong communication and persuasion skills</li><li>Confident in speaking with parents and students</li><li>Target-oriented mindset</li><li>Basic understanding of digital marketing</li><li>Willingness to work on-field</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years in admissions, sales, education marketing, or similar role preferred</li><li>Freshers with strong sales ability may apply</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Fixed salary + performance-based incentives</li><li>Monthly bonus on achieving admission targets</li></ul>ImportantThis role is performance-driven.
