About Us

Tangent Learning Campus is a growing coaching institute offering academic support for Classes 1–12 and competitive exam preparation. We focus on structured learning and measurable academic improvement.

We are looking for a result-oriented Admissions & Marketing Executive who can actively drive student enrollments and expand our local presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve a minimum target of 10 student enrollments per month
• Generate and convert leads through calls, follow-ups, and counseling
• Conduct school visits and local outreach campaigns
• Distribute pamphlets and manage offline promotions
• Handle WhatsApp inquiries and walk-in parents
• Organize small seminars or admission drives

Required Skills

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident in speaking with parents and students
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of digital marketing
• Willingness to work on-field

Experience

• 1–3 years in admissions, sales, education marketing, or similar role preferred
• Freshers with strong sales ability may apply

Compensation

• Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
• Monthly bonus on achieving admission targets
