We are looking for a <b>Senior Solution Engineer </b>to own our Energy &amp; Sustainability (ENS) product space.</p><br>

Key Responsibilities</b><b>:</b></p>

<div><div><div><ul><li><p>Own the technical pre-sales motion for enterprise clients, partnering with ENS Account Executives from discovery through close.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Lead discovery workshops to understand customer business objectives, current-state processes, technical environment, and success criteria across ENS stakeholders.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to ENS industry use cases.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Build solution narratives and value hypotheses that connect Tango capabilities to measurable outcomes (portfolio visibility, compliance, cost reduction, space utilization, operational efficiency).</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Translate customer requirements into solution architectures, including configuration approach, data needs, integrations, security considerations, and implementation assumptions.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Support customer proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots, defining success criteria, managing timelines, and synthesizing results.</p></li></ul><br>
</div>
</div><div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Maintain and evolve demo environments, demo scripts, and reference architectures; ensure accuracy with the current product roadmap and releases.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Provide competitive and field feedback to Product and Marketing; identify gaps, emerging requirements, and differentiation opportunities.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Enable internal teams (Sales, CSM, Partners) through knowledge sharing, best-practice playbooks, and coaching on product positioning.</p></li></ul><br>

</div></div></div><p></p><p><b>About You:</b></p>
<div>
<div><ul><li><p>6+ years in Sales Engineering / Solutions Consulting / Pre-Sales for B2B SaaS, with meaningful experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience demoing complex &amp; highly technical SaaS products.</li>
<li>
<p>Demonstrated ability to run discovery, map workflows, and build tailored solution designs across business and technical audiences.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Strong demo craftsmanship: storytelling, objection handling, and ability to translate features into business value.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Working knowledge of enterprise SaaS architecture concepts (multi-tenant SaaS, APIs, SSO/SAML/OIDC, data imports/ETL, integrations, security controls).</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Excellent presentation and facilitation skills (virtual and on-site), including workshop leadership.</p>
</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Provide competitive and field feedback to Product and Marketing; identify gaps, emerging requirements, and differentiation opportunities.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ensure a high-quality handoff from Sales to Implementation/CSM, documenting solution assumptions, risks, and customer expectations.</p>
</li>
<li>Highly preferred: experience with business applications in one or more of: IWMS, <b>energy &amp; sustainability</b>, corporate real estate/lease administration, facilities management, workplace/space management, retail store development/lifecycle, or public sector asset/portfolio management.</li>
</ul>
</div><div><p><b>Education &amp; Certifications</b></p>
</div>
<div><ul><li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS/Azure fundamentals, Salesforce, solution architecture, project management).</p></li></ul><br>

Base pay offered is contingent on qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is just one piece of the full compensation structure offered at Tango. If this pay range is outside of your expectations, we still encourage you to apply and have a conversation with us.</p>

Base pay offered for this position is: $130,000 - $150,000 (plus bonus)</p><br>
