We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our payroll agency. The candidate will be responsible for handling payroll-related compliances such as ESI, PF, and PT for our clients. The role also includes preparing daily MIS reports based on client staff attendance and supporting payroll processing activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage payroll-related activities for multiple clients</li><li>Handle ESI, PF, and Professional Tax (PT) compliance</li><li>Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports for client staff attendance</li><li>Collect, verify, and process attendance data from clients</li><li>Assist in salary calculations and payroll processing</li><li>Ensure timely statutory filings and accurate record-keeping</li><li>Coordinate with clients regarding payroll and compliance matters</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>Basic knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliances (ESI, PF, PT)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/payroll software</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in a payroll agency or similar role, Freshers also can apply</li><li>Familiarity with labor laws and statutory deadlines</li><li>Excel and Microsoft office 360</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹13,500.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
