Jr. Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our payroll agency. The candidate will be responsible for handling payroll-related compliances such as ESI, PF, and PT for our clients. The role also includes preparing daily MIS reports based on client staff attendance and supporting payroll processing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll-related activities for multiple clients
• Handle ESI, PF, and Professional Tax (PT) compliance
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports for client staff attendance
• Collect, verify, and process attendance data from clients
• Assist in salary calculations and payroll processing
• Ensure timely statutory filings and accurate record-keeping
• Coordinate with clients regarding payroll and compliance matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliances (ESI, PF, PT)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/payroll software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a payroll agency or similar role, Freshers also can apply
• Familiarity with labor laws and statutory deadlines
• Excel and Microsoft office 360

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
