Key Responsibilities1. Procurement & Purchasing
- Handle purchasing of IT hardware, software, networking equipment, and peripherals.
- Source and compare quotations from vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Maintain updated product knowledge, pricing trends, and market information.
- Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
2. Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for quality and pricing.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Follow up with vendors on order status, delivery schedules, and dispatch updates.
3. Inventory & Documentation
- Maintain purchase records, vendor contracts, and price lists.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for material receipt and stock updates.
- Ensure accurate documentation for purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
4. Coordination & Support
- Work closely with IT, Finance, and Admin teams to understand requirements.
- Support internal teams with timely procurement of IT assets and accessories.
- Resolve issues related to material shortages, delays, or order discrepancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Management, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT procurement (preferred).
- Good understanding of IT hardware, peripherals, accessories, and software licensing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and documentation work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Good analytical and vendor negotiation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,743.79 - ₹49,358.59 per month
