Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment support: Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure smooth integration of employees into the organization.
  • Employee records management: Maintain accurate HR databases, personnel files, and documentation.
  • Employee engagement: Organize activities, surveys, and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Performance management support: Assist in tracking employee performance reviews and feedback cycles.
  • HR reporting: Prepare basic reports on HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, and recruitment status.

✅ Qualifications

  • Education: Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.(MBA & MSW (HR)
  • Experience: 0–1 years of HR or administrative experience (internships count).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
