Full job description<ul><li>Client Consultation: Meeting with clients to discuss their design preferences, budget, and requirements for the space.</li><li>Space Planning: Developing layout plans that enhance the flow and function of the interior space, taking into account factors like lighting, furniture placement, and accessibility.</li><li>Material Selection: Choosing appropriate materials, finishes, and colors that align with the design concept and the client's taste.</li><li>Furniture and Decor: Selecting and sourcing furniture, decor, and accessories that complement the overall design.</li><li>Project Management: Overseeing the implementation of the design plan, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.</li><li>Trend Awareness: Staying updated with the latest trends in interior design, including new materials, technologies, and sustainable practices.</li><li>Technical Skills: Utilizing design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, 3DMax) to create detailed drawings and 3D models to present to clients.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on fit-out projects.</li><li>Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other relevant design software.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and client-relations skills.</li><li>Proficiency in design software.</li><li>Good project management and organizational abilities.</li><li>Valid Qatar ID is required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeSalary will be discussed upon interview.Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month

Job Title: UPDA certified Site EngineerJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction &amp; fit out projects and ensure that all engineering aspects are executed efficiently.
