About Role:We are seeking a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing &amp; Inbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our Gurgaon office. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in the IT services industry, strong knowledge of CRM and ERP solutions, and hands-on expertise in generating high-quality inbound leads through digital channels.You will play a critical role in driving demand for IT consulting, CRM implementations, and ERP solutions by attracting, nurturing, and converting inbound prospects into qualified sales opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Lead Generation &amp; Demand Generation<ul><li>Develop and execute inbound lead generation strategies for IT services, CRM, and ERP offerings</li><li>Generate qualified inbound leads via SEO, content marketing, paid ads, email campaigns, and landing pages</li><li>Build and optimize lead funnels to convert website traffic into MQLs and SQLs</li><li>Target IT decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, Sales, and Operations</li></ul>Digital Marketing Execution<ul><li>Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns</li><li>Plan and execute content-driven campaigns (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, lead magnets)</li><li>Coordinate with sales and consulting teams to align messaging with IT buyer pain points</li><li>Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates</li></ul>CRM &amp; Marketing Automation<ul><li>Work extensively with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)</li><li>Design and manage lead capture, scoring, and nurturing workflows</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure seamless lead handoff to sales</li><li>Track lead lifecycle from first touch to opportunity creation</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Performance Tracking<ul><li>Monitor and report on lead volume, CPL, conversion rates, and campaign ROI</li><li>Use insights and data to continuously optimize marketing performance</li><li>Share regular performance reports with management</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience in inbound digital marketing within the IT industry</li><li>Strong understanding of CRM and ERP solutions and B2B IT buying cycles</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools</li><li>Practical knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and funnel optimization</li><li>Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience marketing B2B IT services or SaaS products</li><li>Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM)</li><li>Experience working with global or US-based clients</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have hands-on experience generating inbound leads for IT services, CRM, or ERP solutions?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in Digital Marketing?</li><li>Have you done inbound lead generation along with digital marketing?</li><li>What is your notice period in days?</li><li>What is your CTC?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Gurugram, Haryana (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
