Sales Executive CRM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell IT software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored software solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients for IT software products such as CRM, accounting, project management, helpdesk, and other business applications.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT software solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and sales campaigns.
• Stay updated on software product enhancements, features, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales; experience with SaaS or IT software products is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in selling CRM, ERP, or SaaS solutions.
• Certification or hands-on experience with CRM or enterprise software platforms.
• Understanding of business process automation and digital transformation.

Location:

Preference for candidates based in New Delhi (NCR), Mumbai, or Pune.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
