This position is ideal for a motivated HR professional with 1&ndash;2 years of hands-on experience who understands the full recruitment cycle and is ready to take ownership of HR operations.Eligibility Criteria<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (Graduation is mandatory)</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of relevant HR experience</li><li>Strong personality with excellent communication skills</li><li>Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR documentation</li><li>Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented</li><li>Proactive mindset with strong sense of ownership</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition</li><li>Drafting and posting job openings on multiple platforms</li><li>CV screening and shortlisting candidates</li><li>Candidate calling and interview scheduling</li><li>Conducting and coordinating interviews</li><li>Follow-ups with candidates at every stage</li><li>Managing LinkedIn hiring activities and talent sourcing</li><li>Ensuring smooth execution of the complete hiring cycle</li></ul>Onboarding &amp; Offboarding<ul><li>Managing complete onboarding process</li><li>Preparing offer letters and documentation</li><li>Employee file management and record keeping</li><li>Handling exit formalities and clearance procedures</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Employee Relations<ul><li>Maintaining employee documentation</li><li>Supporting employer branding initiatives</li><li>Assisting in employee engagement and HR coordination</li><li>Ensuring smooth communication between management and employees</li></ul>What We Expect<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently</li><li>Ownership-driven attitude</li><li>Problem-solving mindset</li><li>Professional conduct and confidentiality</li></ul>If you are passionate about recruitment, HR operations, and building strong workplace practices, we would love to connect with you.Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
