Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the Human Resources Department with payroll administration, compliance, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now and a strong understanding of Puerto Rico labor laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li> Process and review payroll on a biweekly basis using ADP Workforce Now.</li><li> Recruitment of upcoming classes of agents and other positions as needed.</li><li> Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.</li><li> Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee onboarding.</li><li> Support HR reporting, audits, and internal communications.</li><li> Coordinate with management and employees to resolve payroll and HR-related inquiries.</li><li> Participate in the implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance updates.</li><li> Coordinate employee engagement activities such as recognition programs, newsletter and others.</li></ul>

Requirements:<ul><li> 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.</li><li> Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (processing, reports, and updates).</li><li> Knowledge of Puerto Rico labor laws, including leave of absence, overtime, and benefits.</li><li> Experience coordinating employee engagement programs or internal events, is preferred.</li><li> Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li> Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li> Bilingual (English/Spanish) &ndash; required.</li><li> Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</li></ul>
