Job Type: RemoteShift Timing: Night Shift (10:00 PM &ndash; 7:00 AM) / RotationalSalary: PKR 40,000 - 45,000 / monthKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide real-time support and reply to delegate queries via HubSpot, WhatsApp, and other assigned platforms.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain a polite, professional, and service-oriented tone in all communications.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure timely and accurate responses to all delegate inquiries within agreed SLAs.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct outreach activities to engage with potential and existing delegates.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with the team to identify common issues and share solutions.</li></ul><ul><li>Escalate complex queries to the relevant department when required.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor chat platforms during the entire shift to ensure uninterrupted support.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience in chat support, customer service, or communications (preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is an advantage.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
