Finance Executive

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic Finance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance functions while providing valuable financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Analyze sales performance, revenue streams, profitability trends, and business unit performance, providing actionable recommendations to management.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies, return on investment (ROI) assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for new projects, investments, and business initiatives.
• Develop, monitor, and control departmental and project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost optimization.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and management reports.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital requirements while identifying potential financial risks and recommending corrective measures.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including reconciliations, payroll processing, taxation, and maintenance of accurate financial records.
• Manage local and foreign currency accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting through accounting systems and financial controls.
• Monitor key business and marketing performance indicators, including ROI, Cost per Lead (CPL), and Cost per Acquisition (CPA), to optimize budget allocation and maximize returns.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare supporting documentation, and ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, internal controls, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align financial objectives with overall business goals and strategic priorities.
• Provide financial guidance, insights, and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership regarding budgeting, investments, profitability, risk management, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA, or CFA will be considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow management, and performance measurement.
• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide strategic financial leadership.
