Job Summary & Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive female professional to join our team as a Finance Executive to oversee and streamline our daily financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of accounts receivable and payable, which includes issuing client invoices, tracking outstanding balances, and processing vendor payments efficiently. You will also maintain control over data integrity by performing comprehensive daily and monthly reconciliations of bank statements, credit cards, and ledger accounts. Beyond these routine workflows, you will ensure the general ledger is consistently up to date, accurately recording all financial transactions to support the smooth execution of all company financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

The core duties of this position focus heavily on financial accuracy, book balancing, and reporting support. You will take ownership of the invoicing lifecycle and vendor management, ensuring all entries align perfectly with company policies. A major part of your day-to-day routine will involve investigating and resolving any ledger or reconciliation discrepancies. Additionally, you will assist the management team with monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and cash flow tracking. To maintain operational compliance, you will also help prepare documentation for tax filings, support audits, and handle administrative financial tasks as they arise.

Qualifications & Required Skills

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce (B.Com), or a closely related field, while relevant professional qualifications will be highly valued. You should have one to three years of hands-on experience in a core accounting role with a focus on ledger management and reconciliations. While mastery of a specific platform is not essential, familiarity with accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and a comfortable working knowledge of MS Excel are required. Ultimately, we are looking for an analytical professional with a high degree of integrity, strong organizational skills, and a sharp eye for detail.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
