Whether you're seasoned in fine dining or eager to develop your skills in the food service industry, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow and thrive in a lively environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, ensuring a positive first impression.</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.</li><li>Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation.</li><li>Manage multiple tables with excellent time management skills to deliver timely service during busy hours.</li><li>Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards.</li><li>Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements.</li><li>Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials, and wine pairings to elevate the guest experience.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures.</li><li>Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations.</li><li>Ability to perform basic math for bill calculations, cash handling, and transactions accurately.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism.</li><li>Prior host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential.
