<ul><li>Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, WhatsApp, in-app chat, and ticketing tools.</li><li>Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently using ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).</li><li>Process orders, coordinate with the logistics team, and ensure timely pick-up and delivery.</li><li>Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements.</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) </li><li>Preference for candidates with previous experience in the laundry industry.</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred</li><li>1-2 years of experience in customer support.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
