Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.Duties<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.</li><li>Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.</li><li>Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed dining choices.</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.</li><li>Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.</li><li>Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.</li><li>Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills.</li><li>Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.</li><li>Participate in training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, specials, and service techniques.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable.</li><li>Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.</li><li>Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
