Overview We&rsquo;re looking for a friendly and energetic Host to join our daytime team, working Monday through Friday. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be the welcoming face of our establishment, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests. Your main focus will be ensuring smooth guest flow, managing reservations, and providing top-notch customer service. If you enjoy engaging with people, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a lively environment, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression.</li><li>Answer phone inquiries professionally, providing information about the restaurant&rsquo;s offerings and reservation policies.</li><li>Coordinate with the dining team to ensure guest needs are met promptly and accurately.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand, including menus and waiting areas.</li><li>Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns with a friendly attitude and proactive solutions.</li><li>Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience.</li><li>Assist with cleaning and sanitizing tables/menus/glassware</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous host or hostess experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with an ability to connect positively with diverse guests.</li><li>Background in food service or restaurant operations helps in understanding guest expectations.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations.</li><li>Familiarity with hospitality standards, including guest services, serving, and hotel experience is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods while multitasking effectively.
