Host - Daytime Monday-Friday

We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Host to join our daytime team, working Monday through Friday. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our establishment, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests. Your main focus will be ensuring smooth guest flow, managing reservations, and providing top-notch customer service. Duties

Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression.
Answer phone inquiries professionally, providing information about the restaurant’s offerings and reservation policies.
Coordinate with the dining team to ensure guest needs are met promptly and accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand, including menus and waiting areas.
Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns with a friendly attitude and proactive solutions.
Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Assist with cleaning and sanitizing tables/menus/glassware

Experience

Previous host or hostess experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with an ability to connect positively with diverse guests.
Background in food service or restaurant operations helps in understanding guest expectations.
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations.
Familiarity with hospitality standards, including guest services, serving, and hotel experience is advantageous.
