 As a
 
 Senior Account Executive
 
 , you&rsquo;ll play a key role in driving new business growth. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with mid-market and SMB clients, while helping shape our go-to-market strategy.
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a
 
 hands-on role
 
 for someone who&rsquo;s both strategic and execution-driven &mdash; ideal for a high-performing AE who thrives in a startup environment and wants to grow into a leadership position as the company scales.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own the
 
 full sales cycle
 
 : from prospecting, qualifying leads, running demos, to negotiating and closing deals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage a
 
 robust sales pipeline
 
 using CRM tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve and exceed
 
 monthly and quarterly revenue targets
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation and outbound strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and high retention.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams to influence roadmap priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor junior SDRs or sales associates as the team grows.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of
 
 closing deals
 
 and consistently exceeding quota.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of
 
 consultative and solution selling
 
 methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using a CRM.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Entrepreneurial mindset &mdash; comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
 </li>
