Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating CNC machines to produce precision components. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Program, set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to fabricate parts according to specifications.</li><li>Utilize calipers, and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy of machined components.</li><li>Interpret technical drawings and blueprints</li><li>Conduct quality inspections throughout the machining process to maintain high standards of production.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Collaborate with team to improve machining processes</li><li>Fabricate custom parts as needed, demonstrating versatility in machining techniques.</li><li>Operate forklifts for material handling within the production area.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Manual machining is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in operating CNC lathes and milling machines.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with CAD software for interpreting designs and specifications.</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Join us in our commitment to excellence in manufacturing by applying your skills as a CNC Machinist!Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Taylor, TX 76574 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
