Job Title: Tender &amp; Procurement Specialist Location: Muscat, Oman Job Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a Tender &amp; Procurement Specialist to support tender preparation, technical sourcing, supplier communication, quotation support, and procurement coordination across a range of products including electronic devices, electrical equipment, industrial products, medical devices, and aviation-related items.This role requires a person who is highly organized, disciplined, and extremely detail-oriented. The successful candidate must be able to work accurately under pressure, handle sensitive commercial and technical information professionally, and maintain a high standard of precision in all documents and communications.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review RFQs, tender documents, and customer requirements</li><li>Extract and organize line items, part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and technical requirements</li><li>Search for suitable suppliers and request quotations</li><li>Compare supplier offers based on technical compliance, availability, lead time, country of origin, and pricing</li><li>Prepare sourcing sheets and quotation support files in Excel</li><li>Collect and organize datasheets, brochures, certificates, and other technical documents</li><li>Support the preparation of technical and commercial quotation documents</li><li>Follow up with suppliers regarding specifications, lead times, and shipping details</li><li>Coordinate approved procurement activities and maintain organized records</li><li>Ensure all quotation files, comparisons, and supporting documents are complete and accurate before submission</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in tenders, procurement, sourcing, quotations, or technical purchasing</li><li>Strong experience in RFQ handling, supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, and technical documentation</li><li>Good understanding of electronic, electrical, industrial, medical, or aviation-related products</li><li>Strong Excel skills</li><li>Very good English communication skills, written and spoken</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Professional attitude and ability to work in a structured environment</li></ul>Critical Requirement:This role requires extreme attention to detail. If you do not naturally pay close attention to small details, document accuracy, part numbers, quantities, specifications, and follow-up points, please do not apply.Even small errors in this role can cause major commercial, technical, and operational problems.
