Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tender & Procurement Specialist to support tender preparation, technical sourcing, supplier communication, quotation support, and procurement coordination across a range of products including electronic devices, electrical equipment, industrial products, medical devices, and aviation-related items.

This role requires a person who is highly organized, disciplined, and extremely detail-oriented. The successful candidate must be able to work accurately under pressure, handle sensitive commercial and technical information professionally, and maintain a high standard of precision in all documents and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review RFQs, tender documents, and customer requirements
• Extract and organize line items, part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and technical requirements
• Search for suitable suppliers and request quotations
• Compare supplier offers based on technical compliance, availability, lead time, country of origin, and pricing
• Prepare sourcing sheets and quotation support files in Excel
• Collect and organize datasheets, brochures, certificates, and other technical documents
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial quotation documents
• Follow up with suppliers regarding specifications, lead times, and shipping details
• Coordinate approved procurement activities and maintain organized records
• Ensure all quotation files, comparisons, and supporting documents are complete and accurate before submission

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in tenders, procurement, sourcing, quotations, or technical purchasing
• Strong experience in RFQ handling, supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, and technical documentation
• Good understanding of electronic, electrical, industrial, medical, or aviation-related products
• Strong Excel skills
• Very good English communication skills, written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Professional attitude and ability to work in a structured environment

Critical Requirement:

This role requires extreme attention to detail.

Even small errors in this role can cause major commercial, technical, and operational problems. We are looking for someone who is careful, precise, and consistent in every part of the work.

Preferred

• Experience working with international suppliers
• Experience in technical sourcing and quotation preparation
• Familiarity with shipping terms and procurement documentation
• Arabic language is a plus
