Job Title: Procurement Officer – Construction / Fit-Out
Location: Muscat, Oman

We are hiring an experienced Procurement Officer with a strong background in construction and interior fit-out projects in Oman. The candidate must be familiar with local vendors, materials, and procurement processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement including sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, and purchase orders
• Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordinate with project and design teams to understand material requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to site and workshop
• Monitor costs and negotiate best prices without compromising quality
• Maintain proper documentation (LPOs, invoices, delivery notes)
• Track inventory and coordinate with store/workshop teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of procurement experience in Oman
• Experience in construction / interior fit-out company is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of local market vendors and materials
• Valid Oman driving license
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
