JOB TITLE:

Sr Executive -Procurement

GRADE: L3

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Purchase Order Management

Ensure the parts availability as per Planning team request

Principal co-ordination & Payment support co-ordination with Finance team

SAP Transaction Management

Co-ordination – Customs &Transporters /Freight Forwarders

COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree / Diploma + 10 years Parts procurement handling experience

AGE

40-50

EXPERIENCE

Procurement experience at least 5 years in GCC

SKILLS & ABILITIES

SAP Exposure in MM module. Good Excel Application knowledge

KNOWLEDGE

Oman Market Knowledge /Oman /UAE customs Process & Freight forwarding knowledge for the region
