Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement of food, beverages, packaging, cleaning materials, operating supplies, and services required for smooth F&B operations.
Responsibilities
Supplier Sourcing

Source reliable suppliers for food ingredients, beverages, packaging, equipment, consumables, and services.

Maintain approved supplier lists, price agreements, product specifications, and supplier evaluations.
Purchasing Operations

Process purchase requests, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, issue LPOs, and track deliveries.

Ensure purchases match approved specifications, quality standards, budgets, and operational needs.
Cost & Quality Control

Work with operations, chefs, cost control, and stores to monitor prices, quality, wastage, and availability.

Compare market prices regularly and recommend cost-saving alternatives.
Stock Coordination

Coordinate with storekeeper on stock levels, reorder points, expiry dates, slow-moving items, and emergency needs.

Prevent stock-outs for critical menu items while avoiding overstocking.
Compliance & Records

Ensure supplier documents, invoices, delivery notes, food safety documents, and approvals are complete.

Resolve delivery shortages, returns, credit notes, and quality complaints with suppliers.
Education & Certifications

Bachelor degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
