Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment schedules
  • Compare pricing, quality, and delivery timelines to ensure cost efficiency
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
  • Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth operations
  • Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis summaries
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of logistics and import/export processes is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
