We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UGC-style Video Editor to produce engaging, authentic, and high-converting short-form videos for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit raw footage into natural, relatable UGC-style videos</li><li>Add captions, emojis, b-roll, transitions, and sound effects</li><li>Maintain a fast-paced, retention-focused editing style</li><li>Match brand voice and target audience psychology</li><li>Create multiple hooks and variations for testing</li><li>Deliver content optimized for different platforms</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience editing UGC or social media content</li><li>Strong understanding of TikTok/Reels trends and pacing</li><li>Ability to craft engaging hooks within first 2&ndash;3 seconds</li><li>Skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar</li><li>Basic color grading and sound design knowledge</li><li>Good English communication and quick turnaround</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience with direct-response or e-commerce brands</li><li>Understanding of storytelling and viewer retention</li><li>Ability to work from creator briefs and scripts</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Long-term collaboration</li><li>Opportunity to work with growing brands</li><li>Creative freedom with clear direction</li></ul>CV and Portfolio is a mustIf you can not manage to edit 120+ videos per month, Please do not applyJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many Ugc - Style short form videos can you manage per month?
