Senior Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UGC-style Video Editor to produce engaging, authentic, and high-converting short-form videos for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into natural, relatable UGC-style videos
• Add captions, emojis, b-roll, transitions, and sound effects
• Maintain a fast-paced, retention-focused editing style
• Match brand voice and target audience psychology
• Create multiple hooks and variations for testing
• Deliver content optimized for different platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience editing UGC or social media content
• Strong understanding of TikTok/Reels trends and pacing
• Ability to craft engaging hooks within first 2–3 seconds
• Skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar
• Basic color grading and sound design knowledge
• Good English communication and quick turnaround

Preferred

• Experience with direct-response or e-commerce brands
• Understanding of storytelling and viewer retention
• Ability to work from creator briefs and scripts
