We&rsquo;re looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to support our growing Business Development team in a fast-paced B2B manufacturing / ODM environment<b>.</b> This role is ideal for someone early in their sales or business development career who is eager to learn, build client relationships, and grow into a full Business Development Manager role over time.</div></div><p>
You&rsquo;ll work closely with experienced Business Development leaders, gain exposure to the full sales cycle, and play a key role in building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up</p></li><li><p>
Support the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and next steps in our CRM</p></li><li><p>
Assist with client presentations, proposals, and introductory materials</p></li><li><p>
Participate in discovery calls and client meetings alongside senior Business Development Managers</p></li><li><p>
Build early-stage relationships with prospective and existing clients</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams (product development, project management, production)</p></li><li><p>
Maintain working knowledge of our ODM products, services, and capabilities</p></li><li><p>
Track sales activity, pipeline metrics, and performance data</p></li><li><p>
Assist with business development reporting and forecasting</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Biotechnology, Food Science, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</p></li><li><p>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role</p></li><li><p>
Interest in B2B sales, manufacturing, and client relationship management</p></li><li><p>
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)</p></li><li><p>
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities</p></li><li><p>
Comfortable working with CRM systems and Google Suite / MS Office</p></li><li><p>
Coachable, collaborative, and motivated to grow</p></li><li><p>
Customer-focused with a professional, positive attitude</p></li><li><p>
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
