You’ll work closely with experienced Business Development leaders, gain exposure to the full sales cycle, and play a key role in building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
Support the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and next steps in our CRM
Assist with client presentations, proposals, and introductory materials
Participate in discovery calls and client meetings alongside senior Business Development Managers
Build early-stage relationships with prospective and existing clients
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams (product development, project management, production)
Maintain working knowledge of our ODM products, services, and capabilities
Track sales activity, pipeline metrics, and performance data
Assist with business development reporting and forecasting
Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Food Science, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role
Interest in B2B sales, manufacturing, and client relationship management
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working with CRM systems and Google Suite / MS Office
Coachable, collaborative, and motivated to grow
Customer-focused with a professional, positive attitude
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events
