About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to support our growing Business Development team in a fast-paced B2B manufacturing / ODM environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales or business development career who is eager to learn, build client relationships, and grow into a full Business Development Manager role over time.

You’ll work closely with experienced Business Development leaders, gain exposure to the full sales cycle, and play a key role in building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Location: American Fork, UT (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9 AM - 6 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up

  • Support the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and next steps in our CRM

  • Assist with client presentations, proposals, and introductory materials

  • Participate in discovery calls and client meetings alongside senior Business Development Managers

  • Build early-stage relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams (product development, project management, production)

  • Maintain working knowledge of our ODM products, services, and capabilities

  • Track sales activity, pipeline metrics, and performance data

  • Assist with business development reporting and forecasting

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Food Science, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role

  • Interest in B2B sales, manufacturing, and client relationship management

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and Google Suite / MS Office

  • Coachable, collaborative, and motivated to grow

  • Customer-focused with a professional, positive attitude

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events
