Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaigns, with a strong focus on SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing. This role offers an opportunity to develop innovative marketing strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and print channels, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and advertising sales.</li><li>Manage and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing tools such as Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Oversee content marketing initiatives, including copywriting, blog posts, product descriptions, and promotional materials.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and derive insights for continuous improvement.</li><li>Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.</li><li>Manage budgets for advertising campaigns and ensure efficient allocation of resources.</li><li>Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, HTML, and other web development tools.</li><li>Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to develop B2B marketing initiatives that support sales growth.</li><li>Design and execute print advertising campaigns as needed to complement digital efforts.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, content marketing, and multichannel campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing platforms (Facebook Advertising), Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.</li><li>Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and campaign design.</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and WordPress website management.</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML coding for website updates.</li><li>Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data using analytics tools.</li><li>Experience in copywriting for various formats including web content, advertisements, and promotional materials.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation systems and B2B marketing strategies.</li><li>Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining campaign performance goals.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and present strategic ideas clearly.
